Yes we can play all types of background music to suit your event. Some people just like easy listening music while guests arrive or when guests are eating their meals.

Yes we have sufficent backup equipment with us at all times should anything go wrong.  All our equipment is PAT tested yearly.

We are based in Cornwall so we are happy to cover all of Cornwall and Devon. We are more than happy to travel further afield but there would be a charge for basic travel and/or overnight expenses.

We usually like to allow at least 60 minutes to set up and sound test our equipment for a disco.  A lot depends if we need to take equipment upstairs to a function room and if the room has easy access. Please ensure that we will be able to access the venue at least 60 mins before the start time to ensure we can set up fully and sound test before your guests arrive.

This is often asked for weddings. Yes we can, although daytime set ups may be subject to a small charge depending upon the distance we have to travel. Sometimes there may be no charges at all if local  (This does not apply to childrens parties or discos booked specifically as a daytime event).

If you wish to meet us beforehand then that’s fine. We are happy to meet at your home, place of work or the venue itself.  There may be a small fee if out of our area but most times we would not charge for this. We will try our hardest to make things as easy as possible for you and help you in any other way we can.

For all bookings we require your mobile phone number and also a back up number from a close family member or guest as we wouldn’t like to be calling you while you are taking your vows! This is only for rare instances in case we are unable to find your venue (often weddings are held in a marquee in a field or in a barn somewhere) or for any other issues on the day.

Yes. A small non-refundable deposit is required so that we can hold your date for you.  Most clients pay their deposit by bank transfer. The balance is due either by bank transfer before the date of the booking, or in cash to the DJ before the start time on the day of the event.  During the recent Coronavirus outbreak ALL clients whose events were cancelled were fully refunded regardless of whether they made a booking for another date or not.

We have a smoke machine if you request it. Smoke gives the lights a better effect. This normally requires the permission of the venue to use this on their premises.

Yes, on receipt of the deposit, a binding contract is sent by email for the client to check all details are correct.
